We also need help in the scaring department. We are
seeking extremely responsible and dependable individuals to be Haunt Actors. These positions are among the most sought
after. We are looking to build a core group of volunteer actors to help make
Haunted Overload one of the best haunted attractions around year after year.
This special group must have a passion for scaring people safely along with
the responsibility and maturity to handle a wide range of unpredictable
circumstances.
Being a good Haunt Actor is very hard work but extremely rewarding.
All actors must be at least 16 years of age and be willing to submit to a
background check.
Actors less than 18 years of age must present a signed waiver from parent or
legal guardian, and we must meet with them prior to participation.
Actors will be responsible for their own costume and mask or make up.
Prior approval of costume and character idea will be required before
performance.
A dress rehearsal will be scheduled before we open for the season. This will be a great chance for you to try out your character
and location.
Event nights you will be
required to be there by at least 5:00 to get into position as the line will
start getting long shortly after. The event will be held rain, snow or any
other horrible weather so please come prepared for
the conditions.

For those who want to participate but are not into scaring we have other
positions such as security or keeping pumpkins lit all night or tending
to the actors needs.
Keep in mind we can only accept the most serious and dedicated volunteers so
